SHIPPING
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for all orders to ship from the time payment is received as they are made to order unless otherwise noted. All orders will be provided with delivery confirmation with the tracking info.
First Class Shipping
Standard Shipping for domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail is flat rate of $4.00. Estimated delivery is 3-4 days.
Priority Shipping
Priority Mail for domestic orders is flat rate of $8.00. Estimated delivery is 2-3 days
International First Class Shipping
International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International at a flat rate of $15.00. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days and it may take longer due to customs.
International Priority Shipping
International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $42.00. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days and it may take longer due to customs.

Please note any customs fees and taxes charged during transportation is responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order postmarked within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund excluding the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with original packaging. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service.

All customized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding original shipping cost will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for their returns back to Hyworks. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.
